Help with my Agoda issue
The issue in GetHuman-mariosk's own words
amend booking ... hello there**I have made a reservation through your site (booking reference: *********) My name is Marios Kountouris I have tried to call you couple of times without luck. I am emailing you for the problem I have as regards to my booking. By mistake I have reserved a triple room but we are * adults * * kids. I tried to call the hotel to amend the booking but they are not helpful. I basically asked if its possible instead of * single beds to put in the room * double beds or a double and a single.**Can you help me please?**Thank you very much for time.**Marios Kountouris
