Dear customer service,**Recently, i have make a * rooms booking to Bangkok for * nights stay. Unfortunately, i just notice that the payment via my credit card automated to Agoda Malaysia have been increase **% up compare while i make a booking via online payment type is "BOOK NOW, PAY LATER" without addition charges but now looks like I "BOOK NOW, PAY MORE" later. I really feel that I have been cheated by AGODA.**Actually, I am trying to contact Agoda Malaysia customer service care line which is **** but unable put me through due to my booking is close. The message is I need to send an email to lodge a complain but no reply.
