The issue in GetHuman-tomfitzp's own words
I booked a hotel room at the Microtel in Peurto Princesa, Philippines this past June through Agoda. The booking ID **********, under the Name of Thomas Fitzpatrick. I asked for one room with a queen size bed. Instead, I got a confirmation for two rooms. I never asked for two rooms. When I got the confirmation, I figured it must be a room with two bedrooms. I emailed Microtel, but they said I must contact you. The booking of the two rooms is from ****** to *******. I should like to cancel the second room, EXCEPT FOR ******* TO *******. Since my initial booking, I have three guests coming to stay with me, so I want to be the second room FOR ONLY THOSE DAYS. I would like a refund fir the remaining days, which would be for ***, ***, ***, ****, ****, ****, ****, ****, ****, ****, ****, and ****. My email address is *****@***.com My phone number is ***-***-****. Please contact Microtel, and ask them to credit my credit card. The phone number for Microtel is ** ** *** ****. Thank you for your understanding. I do not know where the mistake was made, but it was not with me.
