We are staying for our honeymoon at Am Samui Palace for two nights. We have arrived today. From the second we arrived there has been major issues. They put us in. Room that had a window right on the street and front of the hotel, in one side, and on the other side was right in front of the launders room with so much noise we couldn’t hear other speak. It also looked like there was garbage all over and the housekeepers were all sitting there. We complained so they showed us another room which was exactly the same. We complained again. They then moved us to a room on the second floor which we took. At our first night, after our long flight, we wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. Someone tried to come and fix it but it was even more freezing. Truly unbelievable. We cannot believe we paid * nights at this hotel and will barely survive tonight. Please help us switch hotel for tomorrow night and maybe save this nightmare. *Thank you,*Tzahi Fail
