Dear customer service,**Recently, i have make a * rooms booking to Bangkok for * nights stay. Unfortunately, i just notice that the payment via my credit card automated to Agoda have been increase **% up compare while i make a booking via online. So, i am trying to contact Agoda customer service care line which is **** but unable put me through due to my booking is close. The message is I need to send an email to lodge a complain but no reply. Now, i feel that is cheated by Agoda.**I really hope that via this email can resolve my problem.**Thank you.**Regards*Carmen
