I have booked the Cresco hotel Buriram Thailand from **th December till January *nd by mistake, as I meant to book x* vibe hotel Buriram Thailand. I called yous straight to see if you could change it or refund me but you have cancelled it. I want to know if I will be refunded as in the email you sent me it's very confusing, as you say it's non refundable then you say I will get the full refund to my card which I booked it with , so I need to know what is happening please.If you cannot refund my money I will still want the booking then as I'm still going to buriram on them dates ok.
