Hi...I have a FALSE charged to my credit card by Agoda. There is a charge of IDR **,***,*** rupiah to my credit card for reservation at Budapest, which I never do (there is no booking ID number sent to my email regarding this reservation). My account is under Widiastuti Nugroho. my previous booking ID is *********. I have sent * emails regarding this issue and call your customer service number and never have a solution. Please check.
