Hi. We have issue on the booking ID ********* with Regent Hotel**It is mentioned FREE CANCELLATION before ** December ****. We have changed plans & cancelled the Regent Hotel & booked another hotel - New World Beijing Hotel (ID *********) .**I have received an email from Mr Bradley the Reservation Manager saying we will be charged for the first night stay.**Kindly assist as we think this is unethical as it is manipulating the customers.**We have been using AGODA for many years & we never encounter such incidence.**Thank you in advance **Regards*Ms Joan Loh
