The issue in GetHuman-shine_a's own words
Hi, this is Tan from Malaysia. I have cancelled my booking with Niseko Nothern Resort Annupuri in Hokkaido on the *th September due to severe earthquake, my flight was cancelled on that day. I have emailed the resort since *th of September , multiple messages and emails were sent to them , however there were no responds from them. I supposed to get back my full refund , paid by card ending ****, however until today I didn’t get any of these back. My booking ID : *********, please kindly look into this case, as I am going to Hokkaido again in October and have book a few hotel under Agoda. In view of this incident, I may cancel all of these bookings as some of these hotels are so irresponsible and didn’t give any feedback to the visitors. *Thank you very much.
