On ** Aug ****, I have book * rooms at Hotel Lemon Tree in Bangkok in a amount of $ ***.** To my curious, the system have not responded to my confirmation and I further confirm again for assurance. *To my surprise, I receive two confirmation booking ID: ********* & ********* which I feel sad and knowing that my credit card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-****) have been charge twice of the same amount due to system error.*I would much appreciated if you would refund me the payment made on booking ID: ********* which I have cancelled as soon as possible.*On ** Aug ****, I have write in a email to your customer service, but do not received any reply yet.
