We made a reservation to stay at Keio Plaza Hotel, Tokyo for two rooms and paid for the reservation up front by a credit card ending in ****. We accidentally cancelled the reservation and have been trying to reach someone at Agoda to correct the mistake. WE WANT TO KEEP THE RESERVATION NOT CANCEL IT. We have already paid $****.** USD for the * rooms. Our booking ID is *********. **We want out reservation reinstated or the $****.** refunded to us. If this doesn't happen I plan on suing Agoda and Priceline.com here in the United States. Either reinstate the reservation or refund the $***.** we paid for the room. We have made numerous efforts to contact you and speak with a real human being but that's been impossible.**Again: We expect Agoda to *) reinstate our reservation which was accidentally cancelled or *) refund the $**** we paid for the * rooms at Keio Plaza, Tokyo.
