I strongly request agoda to refund all my advanced paid money JPY**,*** to my credit account. I already sent Cancellation Certificate issued by Philippine Airline to Mr. Chris of agoda customer service by e mail attachment following to his requirement. However as of today no any positive reply with their acceptance been shown me from them yet. After above follow up action to agoda, agoda just replied me " get back to you quickly" only.*But till now no any concrete response and*or action about my request was made me from agoda. I am worry and I want to get more positive reply and action from agoda.
Agoda should understand this case under difficult situation (flight cancelled by PR) beyond control cause by too strong typhoon hitting Kansai airport (Kix) and made big damage Kix still now. And agoda should refund my credit account of my full advance payment JPY**,*** (US$***.**) immediately. Please help me about the refund anyway !!
I had proceeded to book according to agoda's booking system. Then I met above happening caused by natural disaster, strong typhoon and no way except cancel whole my trip schedule.*There should be many same cases to me from the Sep. * in Japan.
