Booked with Agoda **-** August for a hotel in Venice. The hotel was called Royal San Marco Hotel. While we were having showers we where standing in dirty water as the pipe was blocked. We notified the front desk who said they would get it fixed. No one came to fix it. We ask to speak to the manager, who they advised was busy. I would like someone from Agoda to contact me. Iv tried to contact Agoda, but all their forms of communication block you. Very disappointing. Brad
