I'm George Chidi. Agoda sent my confirmation to an email address -- *****@***.com -- that I no longer use. The Menger Hotel can't send it to me directly* Agoda has to do it. And the Agoda phone customer service disconnects if I can't provide the right booking ID ... which is none of the numbers given to me by the hotel. **I'm at ***-***-****. Can we sort this out?
