First I book my stay for Tuesday **** I got there on Wednesday at *am and booked a non smoking room it was not, room smell like smoke so I talked to agoda customer service and the hotel front desk then yelled at me the next day saying not to call my booking agent come to management. I got a different room later Wednesday afternoon. In the new room the ceiling was broken and look as if the slightest touch it would fall. Also the property was in need of repair everywhere not to mention under sanitary.i do have pictures of room and property.I feel that for the price I paid was not worth services render. My last night stay there I had a guest, I assume , approached me and ask if I could buy him drugs an or alchohol. I definitely did not help him and removed myself from the situation. I finally decided that was enough and checkout on **** at **am. My booking was for **** to ****, this is my issue. How I want it fixed, I want two nights stay refunded. One night for having to stay in a smoky room which could have affected my son in a medical way and one night of course because I did not stay till the **th nor did my family.
