Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-alaiaja a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID
The issue in GetHuman-alaiaja's own words
Booking number: **********The booking had been confirmed but at my arrival at the hotel, there was no notice of the booking in the hotel's system. Thus, the manager called Agoda and got the info that that booking was actually valid, but not given further down the line to the hotel for unknown reasons.**The manager then agreed with the Agoda customer service person that the booking wouldn't be processed further via Agoda so that I could pay directly at the hotel (without Agoda's commission fees). So at that point it had become an exclusive hotel-guest-relationship.**Still, one day later Agoda booked the initial amount from my credit card so that in total I have been double-charged. After talking again to the hotel's manager he informed me that the route to go had to be Agoda refunding the money.**Thanks in advance for helping & processing the issue.
