We booked on the **th December **** to stay in a hotel in Rome via your website, agoda between th dates of the **st August **** and *nd September **** for * nights. We go on Friday and have no email confirmation to confirm our booking or what hotel we are staying in and money was taken out of our account on the **th December ****. We urgently need to know our confirmation details and where we are staying.
