I have reserved * rooms stay at Klia * Tune hotel (ID: *********) for ** hours stay running from **:** pm date ** Dec. **** until **:**am ** Dec. ****. However, I received a confirmation I stay from **:** am until **:** pm ** Dec. ****. I also received a notice from Tune Klia * that they are unable to provide the rooms for me to stay according to my reservation. Since I book hotel using credit card and the charges have been debited IMMEDIATELY when I book the hotel, please revoke the charges and credit back to my credit card account. I am dissapointed being a mislead happens in your Agoda App. which until now when I try to rebook to stay a night at Tune Klia *, it is still the same.
GetHuman1044926 did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
