Dear Agoda,**I don't understand what is mean by "due to system limitations we are unable to process the refund to a *rd party payment platform like the one used to make the booking." Since you are offering "Option *: Refund via credit card*debit card".**In the previous email that I replied, I was requested to refund to the original debit card I was used to make payment to Agoda as below:**Debit Card*Public Bank************Card Holder Name: Ng Kia Hng*Booking Number: ***********So I'm here to confirm, please refund by "Option *: Refund via credit card*debit card". So there is no any phone call needed to be made to obtain my credit card info.**Please also call me at *****-*** **** if you still insist to call me. I'm very happy to provide any info that Agoda needed in order to process my refund.**With all these info provided I believe Agoda can refund me very soon.**Thanks.
