Thank you very much for your support to our hotel. I will arrange pick up service from the bus station for you with free of charge. Once you get to the bus station please kindly looking for your name on the signboard. We are looking forward to hosting you. Best regards, Sopheak"**Upon arrival at the bus station I was taken by a tuk-tuk to Kiri Boutique Hotel, a different property but belonging to the same owners, for some reasons I could not clearly understand. Feeling pushed in the corner, and not being prepared for a back-up option, I accepted the trade. I stayed at this property from July * to July * (* nights). At check-out I was charged on the same MasterrCard credit card the total amount of Can$**.**. Please find attached a copy of my latest bank statement where both Agoda and Kiri Boutique Hotel charges appear.**Obviously I was double charged for the same period of time, and I kindly ask to be refunded with the amount of Can$**.** that was charged by Agoda for a location I did not live at against my own will. I consider this matter an issue of miscommunication and bad accounting, and I leave aside for now to discuss all the impact on our plans and nuisance this action brought us.**Thank you, and I appreciate your time to consider my claim.**Constantin Rogojina
