I made a booking via mobile Agoda app and received a booking confirmation ********* but when i log into my agoda account via PC i am unable to find the booking. I called the hotel and they could view the booking.*My issue now is that i need to cancel that booking as our holiday plan during that period of time have to be postponed to a later date. Please help me to cancel the booking. Or please call me at ****-******* Kavitha
GetHuman-kaviloga did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
