Help with my Agoda issue

Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-lakgona a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-lakgona's own words
I have done a booking through your website in Hotel Ka Meng Villa, Macau recently. But mistakenly I have done the booking on September **th-**th, ****.( Booking ID: *********) Actual dates of my stay in Macau are August **th -**th, ****. So I have done a new booking to Hou Kong Hotel, Macau through your website as well. ( Booking ID: *********). Unfortunately I have done the payment for previous booking through my credit card. It would be great help if you could cancel the booking and return the amount that I paid for it. Since I m staying in Macau until **th of August I could collect the money directly from Hotel Ka Meng Villa or through my bank account.Please be kind enough to consider my request.
