The issue in GetHuman-alryb's own words
Regarding Booking ID*: ***********My booking was done on *********. Your company charged my credit card for $***.**, but I just found out that reservation was made with foreign currency, so you paid for my reservation in USA with foreign currency instead of US dollars without my authorization. As a result my credit card charged Foreign Transaction Fee of $**.**. I live in USA and do not have to pay for USA based hotel in foreign currency. Please immediately refund $**.** to my credit card.*Thank you*- Alexander Rybalsky
