I am trying to contact your customer service or the company itself to resolve this problem. ... This is frustrating because they charged me with the room im not occupying and worst, i got no confirmation at my end but the resort have. I need refund.
I need REFUND. A copy of receipt that you return my money.
Im a good paying customer and im happy whatever services agoda has to offer. Im expecting that they will fix this as soon as possible.
I tried to talk with the receptionist of the resort but to no avail since it was booked by AGODA
I have an issue with Agoda too
