Hello. My booking number was *********. The terms for this booking was if I cancel this booking * days prior to the booking date (*****), I won't be charged. I took the option pay later (my card was to be charged on *****). My card was charged the full amount of RM***.** * RM* debit charge on the morning of ***** and I cancelled the booking later in the morning due to unforseen circumstances. But in the Agoda website, it said that my card wasn't charged when my card was indeed charged. Can you proceed with the refunding process as soon as possible? Thank you. Have a nice day
