Hello. My booking number was *********. My stay was supposed to be on **st of August ****. My card was charged the full amount on the morning of ***** Malaysian time. I then cancelled my booking later that morning. The hotel that I booked stated that penalty charges only will be applied if i made the cancellation on ***** onwards. But it seems that in the statement that my card wasn't charged and I don't get my refund. Can I have my refund in the earliest manner possible? Thanks
