Help with my Agoda issue

Booking ID: ***********Dear Sir*Madam**Made booking through Agoda for stay in Mirage Centera Pattaya * nights. *Called hotel, hotel advised no booking. Called agoda on **th, told will call me back. Until **:** local time, customer service Mr. Suren called me back advise agoda made mistake , and asked me to directly book with hotel for ** and **th nights. The only available room was Club suite king. Mr. Suren checked with his manager with the total rate and agreed to refund me for the cost as compsation after I submit the hotel receipt. He also sent me email confirmed it. Emailed receipt to agoda customer service. But heard nothing. Please advise when will you issue me the refund?
GetHuman-ukmiao did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
