I need a refund for my stay. The room key would not allow us to use the free breakfast that was included in the room type that we selected for that reason. We went down from the **th floor to the ground floor lobby to get our key reactivated for the room with the breakfast and appetizers. went back up to the **th floor and it didn't work. Tried again the *nd morning and night and went back down to the front desk and they just issued us new keys. Went back up and still didn't work. The refrigerator in our room froze over so all of our families left overs were rotten by the morning time and the fridge was no longer cold. there was not even a dial to adjust the fridge. The fan for the bathroom didn't work and my husband had to use the restroom on the bottom floor just to go to the bathroom every time. This was unacceptable. The employees at the bowling area was rude and not helpful the employees that the pool area were not helpful with us purchasing shade for our family. They lied and said they were all sold out when they just sold to another family right after us. This stay was completely unacceptable and now this is my second email to Agoda and no response back after almost a week! I want a refund for this horrific stay.
GetHuman-duchenea did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
