I booked a hotel room today and already made full payment..but suddenly i got an email that said my booking has been cancelled without any reasons.but how about the money? i called the hotel and they asked me to call agoda but the customer care does not help me at all..i already email agoda too..but what i get as reply was nothing..they said i cannot email based on new ticket??i do not even what that means.please reply me a.s.a.p...i need my money be refunded or my booking be proceeded..hope u can reply this..**
