Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-vishaals a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-vishaals's own words
Dear Sir*Madam,**Reference ***********I am writing to you today as a very unhappy and disgruntled customer. I have attached my itinerary of stay for your convenience.**Your website stated that the hotel is *.*miles away from the airport - this is a lie. We were made to wait for ** minutes at the airport for our transfer as the lady on the phone had no idea where the driver was and continually lied to us about the times (ie he will be ** minutes, then it was * minutes, then another ** minutes...)**Once we arrived at the hotel, we ordered room service which was a very simple order of fish and chips and a portion of potato wedges and a salad. ** minutes later and still no sign of food and after visiting reception twice to complain I was very annoyed. The lady behind the reception even sarcastically said we must be hungry after complaining twice. The food arrived and and our chips with the fish and chips never arrived. Then ** minutes later they did arrive which was useless as we already finished our very poor meal. They even had the cheek to charge me for the full bill which I refused to pay. **Also the tv in our room wasn’t working, and when they sent a man up to check it he had no idea what he was doing.**The following day was just as bad at breakfast as everything that was served to us was either cold or wrong. We ordered some poultry dishes too so you can imagine how dangerous that is. And this was confirmed as my wife has a poorly stomach the whole day. A simple cup of tea and coffee took ** minutes to arrive and it was cold - absolutely ridiculous. **And just a small note - on the site it was advertised that a free gift was included but needless to say that never existed.**I am writing to you to demand my full money back for the stay as well as £** taxes we paid. I have never stayed in such a poor excuse for a hotel and will be making my feelings very clear in the review. The hotel told me to contact you which I am doing.**I would appreciate a response ASAP and my credit card be refunded with my money.**Regards
