Help with my Agoda issue
The issue in GetHuman1021486's own words
I was trying to book at eurotel Naga in their Suite * room but when I try to process the payment, there has been a problem due to some technical difficulties. Agoda didn't send us any confirmation or booking ID but when I check with my bank I was charged twice by Agoda. And when we went to the hotel, they said that Agoda didn't contact them and that there was no reservcation made.
GetHuman1021486 did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
