The booking wasn't sucessful because of some technical problems. There was even an error message saying that you cant process the payment yet when I check with my bank, I was charged twice by Agoda by **** pesos each. And when we went to the hotel there was no reservation made.*Supposedly it should be at Eurotel Naga in Suite * yesterday August ** to August **.
GetHuman1021486 did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
