The issue in GetHuman1020229's own words
There was a power outage in Taos New Mexico when I booked my reservation. The hotel said they did not receive the initial booking, so I rebooked it. I have only one booking ID, *********, and not the other one. My credit card was charged for two reservations. Ago does email service and *** customers are deplorable.
GetHuman1020229 did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
