Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-zikriths a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Hi..i am Noraini bt Abdul Rahman, from Johor, Malaysia. *Yesterday, im using agoda mobile app to book hotel bayou lagoon for apartment * room and paid through my cimb debit card RM***, after the payment transaction was successfully made, agoda app gave me the msg that my booking was unsuccessful...**Im looking for agoda phone number, but i can't talk to you.. But i leave a voice message after a beep.. .. **I called cimb bank, cimb said that RM*** was deducted from my account..pending.. to agoda acc.. **I called Bayou lagoon melaka, asked them to check my name in their booking system.. But my name is not in their system..** So i really hope that to hear the solutions from u to solve my problem.. Can you help me.... Return back my money..
