Hi Customer Care,**Good evening! **I am writing this request letter on behalf of friends Rochelle Saniel and Vivian Banag * *I am writing this letter hoping you would understand and consider our request and reason for refund on our Agoda booking - KRITTHAI RESIDENCE. We are supposed to stay at Kritthai from Aug. ** to Aug. **, ****. **My friends and I have been planning this trip since March **** for this year we are celebrating our milestone - our **th birthday. We plan to celebrate it outside the country and the flight itinerary is Manila-Bangkok (Aug. **, ****), Bangkok-Singapore (Aug. **, ****) and Singapore-Manila (Aug. **, ****).**My friend Rochelle booked MNL-BKK and SG-MNL flight at CebuPacific, while I booked BKK-SG at Jestar, while Vivian Banag made the online booking at Agoda with booking ID *********.**Not until last Friday, Aug.**, ****, a plane mishap happened at the runway of NAIA and all succeeding flights were affected including ours - Cebu Pacific *J***, wherein we are to suppose to fly yesterday at *:**am, Aug. **, **** . Cebu Pacific advised that we could get the next available flight by Aug. **, wherein this was our supposed schedule going back to Manila from SG. We will not be able to board the flight from BKK-SG (flight date is Aug. **, ****) and we will not be able to use the hotel that we reserved and already paid in full.**Due to this incident, our supposed to be budget friendly trip will be expensive due to rebooking fees or we will just cancel the trip and our hard earned money will just fly away. **CebuPac gave their customers the option to rebook for free or refund in full. KLOOK also considered to rebook our tour arrangement for free for our reason is valid and not intended by us to happen. They only need an email of our flight itinerary showing we are one of the affected passengers. We have close contact with Jetstar since last night until this evening to also reconsider us to rebook with no additional fees, and happy to say they also granted our request.**My friend Vivian called the Agoda customer service yesterday evening and told her to pay additional fees of SGD***.**. Just like paying another hotel room. She was also told that we have to give feedback on new dates until today (Aug. **, ****) to process rebooking.**Sirs, honestly I told myself, I will find away just to make this trip happen. I don't want to cancel our trip and as much as possible we have to find away not to have additional rebooking fees for we don't like this to happen. I am asking if Agoda could also give us consideration to rebook without additional fees.
