We booked a hotel room reference number ********* in Kuala Lumpa on Sunday **th August for three nights.*When we arrived the family room was not available. They offered us a smaller room with not enough beds. We then had to book another room in an other hotel (also on the Agoda website) . We had booked a three night stay from Sunday **th to Wednesday **th. Total charged £**.**. We would like a full refund. Our surname is Barton.
