To whom it may concern,* *Good day.*My husband passport will be expired on September **, ****. I called at Swedish Embassy in Manila and ask requirements for renewing his passport. Embassy said some of the requirements needed are* appointment from Swedish Embassy where he choose to renew the passport, flight itinerary, passport, id's and so on. He choose to renew the passport in Hong Kong, so we secured appointment from Swedish Embassy in Hong Kong and it will scheduled on August **, **** at **:**am, we booked flight at Cebu Pacific on August **, **** back on August **, ****. We are from Philippines so we need to book a hotel, my husband told me to choose hotel near to embassy which is convenient for him because he is ** years old and a dialysis patient, I decided to book Gloucester Luk Kwok Hong Kong because it is closed to the embassy. All requirement are set, yesterday August **, **** we been in Swedish Embassy in Manila asking for temporary passport, as we are there the officer in embassy said that just last week there is one Swedish national that didn't enter Hong Kong because he is holding temporary passport, I called the airlines for that matter and they said that they cannot give assurance that my husband can enter Hong Kong, the discretion is from airport, so we decided not to go to Hong Kong. That is the reason why we cancel the booking in your hotel. *Hope you consider my reason for cancelling the booking.*We would like to ask for refund.* *Thank you and more power.* * *Respectfully yours,*Jocelyn M.
