Help with my Agoda issue

I booked a room at Hong Thai Hotel last Saturday, July **,**** around *am and received an email with confirmation for booking ID* ********* check-in May *, ****. On the same day, around **nn, I received an email from the hotel instructing me to contact the customer service and cancel my booking first because the room price is not current. I also emailed Agoda that day but I just received an auto reply from them telling me to wait but until now no proper actions has been done.**I was already charged on my credit card. This should be reversed and booking should be cancelled.
GetHuman-ylesor_r did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.

I messaged Agoda through their facebook account. A specialist named Janet assisted me with urgency. She called and offer me the best possible solution to my request. That's it!
