Not fixed, website misinformed me. I feel chetade, I want to cancel my booking without paying anything. Within hour of confirmation came, trying to get agoda to rectify the cancellation issue no success.

Cancel it after all the hassle. I email same day after booking was confirmed realising cancellation was yo be chargeable. ... On the agoda website during booking stage, I opted for a rate to inc breakfast and free cancellation in case I want to cancel my booking and not to be charge for cancellation fee&flexibility to change my booking or cancel it entirely.*After I booked, confirmation email stated that If I cancel I will be charged for. This is wrong. agoda website misinformed me. After all the hassle I want to cancel the booking and not be penalised.
I paid little extra for flexibility Incase I changed my plan.
Cancel the whole booking.
I used the Agoda site in April when I booked hotels for Thailand.
Email many times no acknowledged.
