To who may it concerns,**Hi my name is Jaewon Choi, who made a reservation through agoda.com on July **th **:**PM. **This email is regarding to my reservation that was mistakenly made on July **th instead of **th. When I double checked on line before making the payment, the check-in time and date was for July **th check-out time and date was for July **th. However After I made the payment online, it automatically changed the dates to **th to **th. Therefore when I got to the hotel last night to check-in, they were fully booked so person who works at the front desk David couldn’t do anything for me. **I have made a phone-call to agoda.com customer service last night. Agent named Gene spoke to David about this matter. *It was not my fault of making this reservation, it was either the website or the hotel’s fault. Even though it’s a non-refundable booking, I have made the trip to the hotel, and the website have made the changes on the dates. So I want a full refund without the cancellation fee or penalties.**Please get back to me as soon as possible. **Thank you**Jaewon Choi
