The issue in GetHuman-sheqzfra's own words
I booked a Premier room few months ago with other deluxe rooms for my wedding last June *rd. My own room which is the Premier has been cancelled days before the actual date of the wedding but the rest of the rooms was not. It was such a horrific experience. Imagine the bride having no room for her wedding. I tried to contact Agoda but my call can't go through. I tried to reach out but no helped me from the Agoda team. The Hotel was fullybooked that time because it was a weekend. I tried to book another room because I saw that there was an available Deluxe room on your Agoda site but I received an email that it also didn't go through. I received this email: "Unfortunately, the booking you attempted to make recently was not completed due an unexpected system error. As a result, you did not receive a booking confirmation and no charge was made to your credit card." but when I got my credit card statement the payment went through. I wanted it to be revoked and I demand for a refund for the Premier room (*nights stay) that has been cancelled. This is too much of a hassle at my end. I've been using Agoda for a long time but this is the first time that this has happened. I don't know if there has been a confusion because there's a lot of reservations with the same hotel but it was my wedding. I contacted the hotel personally and they couldn't see the booking that I made which is the Premier and the Deluxe room but the rest of the rooms are okay. That was supposed to be my room. The bride's room but I have to fix the situation myself because I can't get through Agoda. Nobu Hotel helped me. I hope you can do something about this. This is such a horrible experience.
