Help with my Agoda issue

Talk to them about missing reservation and*or cancel it ... I made a reservation yesterday (******) on a library computer which went through and I got a confirmation number. But my app no longer works and I got no e-mail confirmation from them. When I e-mailed customer support they said they could not find the reservation. But there is an authorization on my credit card from them (currently $*.) The confirmation number I wrote down is ********* ( but maybe I copied it incorrectly) I also called customer support but could not get through because they say the confirmation number is not valid . I would like to cancel this reservation because I don’t know if it’s there or not and I do not want my card charged as I need to make another reservation.
Can’t talk to them because they say confirmation number is invalid. Can’t get through to a human. I have also tried to e-mail them.
Cancellation or actual confirmation with correct number
I’ve been using them for the last * years to make reservations in Asia.
I’ve contacted them by e-mail. They say they can’t find the reservation. But they’ve already put an authorization on my credit card.

Yes I am very happy that Agoda fixed this which was caused by my error in the first place. I had transcribed the wrong confirmed number and e-mail number. It took * e-mails to their contact desk but they fixed it and even called me to tell me about it. Email is the way to go with them if you don’t have a confirmation number. You can’t contact them by telephone if you don’t have a confirmation number.
