Help with my Agoda issue
The issue in GetHuman-skbi's own words
Hello,*I am Arun. I made a reservation with priceline (Priceline Trip Number: ***-***-***-** ). Later I had to cancel this reservation and made an alternate reservation (also with priceline). The cancellation number is *********. When I chatted with priceline regarding the refund, I was asked to contact Agoda. I had cancelled the reservation two days prior to the original check-in date as per the cancellation policy. Can you please look into this and let me know why my refund has not been processed even after ** business days. Appreciate the help.
