so agoda doesn't give the information until after you have completed the booking

be treated fairly ... i was told that this booking was refundable by the web page and by the hotel now you tell me its not when i arrived at Legong Kereton Hotel Bali the receptionist at the front desk told me to cancel and rebook
im sure they realise that they rip people like me who make mistakes but are mistaken we have government organisations to deal with dishonest companies in australia and the powers of social media
full refund as i was not informed of the cancellation policy
i paid in good faith NEVER AGAIN
