Dear Sir*Mam*Today I booked the NagaWorld hotel Phnom Penh for two rooms and two guests by the name Sumit kumar Meena and Kailash Jay Aeren by the booking ID *********. Due to some technical fault, one more booking was done for same hotel and same guests as mentioned above and the same amount of Rs *****.** was deducted twice. The booking ID for the second booking is *********. We requested the hotel to cancel the duplicate booking and they did it free of cost. I request you to kindly refund my amount in the same account of the credit cardI used for the booking. The last * digits of the card used is ****. Kindly expedite. **Thanks *Geeta Mehta
