However, I was unable to file our visa applications in time and I got very busy that I had forgotten if I had canceled the booking. This is a really big amount. We have been using Agoda to book our hotels for our travels. May I please ask for this consideration for a refund, please? I am desperate as it is quite a big amount, a mistake I cannot afford. I am hoping and praying for you very kind consideration. If a refund is impossible, maybe we can have Agoda credits or points? I would really, really appreciate your help. Thank you very much.
