Agoda charged us over **** usd but doesn't make sure the service

Trying to get refund money by reaching out Agoda ... Agoda doesnt provide any support after collecting payment. I am trying to call them since yesterday and the call is long in que despite international call charges. *Agoda entertains no call back request. It has no dispute option in app or on website. *My parents are in terrible condition in a good paid hotel *Hotel is not providing services including the beds they charged us.***. Hotel in the booking claimed that Rooms size will be ** M*. In reality it is **.* m* and not liveable for * people (Quadruple). The beds are placed in way that one has to jump to beds and cant even get off properly. The beds do not fit in room and are pushing the curtains on one side and finishes at the bath room on other side.***. The hotel charged for * beds (Adults). We paid high and additional for Quad about the double price for twin bed. But hotel has provided * beds and one baby bed. ***. The Rooms are very dirty and have bad smell. The bathroom are dirty and in worst condition.***. There is no WIFI in the rooms. Hotel now claims it to be present in lobby only.***. It claimed on Agoda site that it is recently renovated but the floor tiles have gaps with dirt and scum filled in it that are not possible to be mopped and creates odour and makes the feet dirty.

Hotel has not provided the committed service. No support on email, in app, on website or any where

Called them but they place you on que tried for ** minutes each call. *Sent them email but they say we dont entertain emails. *Reached them on site but there is no dispute option*They have just confirmed that they are contacting property but there is no intimation that they will refund the money
