I never received an email confirmation for a hotel reservation or receipt I made last night to Paris. My credit card was charged. I have called numerous times today .. waiting over ** mins and no one ever answered. *I went to their website and created an account with the same email used for the booking and it says there are no bookings.*Would appreciate a return call at ***-***-**** and an email confirmation at *****@***.com.
I trust that Agoda will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
