The issue in GetHuman-enkx_'s own words
Hi. My name is Janet. I booked perviously in agoda to Hongkong with booking id: *********. However, I encountered some system issue in the website. When I checked my confirmation thru email, shows that my booking dates were June **-**. I am booking for July **-**. When I tried to cancel it, its telling me that I cannot make any modifications. I did tried booking again for July **-**. I got the confirmation. Shows everything is correct. But after few days, I checked my email on May **th. I just read that my card had some issue. And that I need to provide again the card details until May **th, otherwise it will automatically cancelled and will be charged for the cancellation. Its very frustrating. But Im still hoping that you could **** us with this. If the recent booking is cancelled already, we are hoping that you could just at least modify the first booking I made and just change the dates since it was billed already on my card. I would really appreciate your help on this. And I will look forward for the response. Thank you.
