Hi! **I would like to ask why agoda charge me in my debit card? **Last May **, **** at around *:**am i was looking for a hotel in Naga City Philippines, then i used my debit card for the payment. then after when im in the payment option i input all my card details then when i press the proceed its say pls contact ur bank issuing. The next day i go to my bank (Banco De Oro) and the bank say Agoda Reservation London GBR charge me amounting *,***.** pesos. I don't received any confirmation from you Agoda and or any hotels confirmation in Naga city or Any confirmation number for the said charge. How can i refund my money?
